Mechanical properties of zinc base alloy

Wear resistant zinc base alloy with high strength are applied in production such as sleeve, worm gear.  Its wear-resisting property can be 2-4 times higher than that of copper alloy but the price is lower to 50% of copper alloy. Wear resistant zinc base alloy are known as white bronze and the most valuable metal in 21st century.   

  With low pressure technology the high density and complex shaped products have no loose, internal crack, blow hole, slag and other casting defects made with traditional casting process. The products have high mechanical performance as following.
